Drawings
Varying drawing types are needed to make your dream structure come to life, some needed for permits; we do not use outside drawings or blueprints unless stamped.

Construction Cost
Construction costs vary from project to project, the prices below are the minimum cost. Once Purchase agreement is created we will give more specific pricing based on your project. More details about our construction process is in the information section of our sites. 50% required up front and remaining upon completion usually within 90 days. We do not provide financing.
