Who We Are
Overview
Mobu Education & Workforce is the training, certification, and workforce development division of Mobu Enterprises. We believe that economic empowerment begins with education — and that the best way to build sustainable communities is to train the people within them to do it themselves. Our programs focus on green construction trades, hydroponic farming, solar installation, logistics operations, and entrepreneurship. We partner with community colleges, workforce boards, and employers to create direct pipelines from training to employment. Special emphasis is placed on veterans, returning citizens, and individuals from underserved communities who are ready to build a new chapter.

Green Construction Trades
Hands-on training in container construction, modular building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sustainable materials — all aligned with OSHA and industry certifications.
Hydroponic Farming Certification
In partnership with Mobu Agriculture, we train students in hydroponic systems management, crop science, and agri-business operations.
Solar & Energy Systems
Training programs in solar panel installation, battery storage systems, and off-grid energy management — one of the fastest-growing trades in the US.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Workforce training for logistics operations, fleet management, and supply chain coordination in partnership with Mobu Logistics.
Entrepreneurship & Business Development
Business planning, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship programs designed to help graduates launch their own green businesses.
Veteran & Reentry Programs
Specialized cohorts for veterans and returning citizens, with wraparound support services, mentorship, and job placement assistance.
